Each year, the “Purpose and Impact” scholarship will award $10,000 to a junior attending Morehouse College. The scholarship is designed to carry forward the lessons Christion taught us about the power of living a purpose-driven life where students recognize and utilize their God-given talents to make an impact today, rather than waiting until they reach their final destination. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum GPA, submit letters of recommendation and a video response to a white paper designed to unpack this concept and help them articulate how they will leverage the strengths they already possess to make an impact at Morehouse and beyond.

The Business and Economics Division prepares students to lead global commerce, multinational corporations and organizations, and launch next-generation entreprenurial endeavors.
The mission of the Division of Business and Economics is to develop intellectual capacity and skills, advance knowledge, and foster leadership abilities requisite for excellence in business practice, graduate studies, and beyond. Students who graduate from the Division of Business and Economics find careers in public and private sectors, such as Fortune 500 Corporations, as entrepreneurs, in government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. In addition, they often attend prestigious graduate schools like the University of Chicago, Harvard Law School, and Columbia University. The Division of Business and Economics has AACSB accreditation.

Athletics are an essential part of the overall educational experience at Morehouse College. The College provides a comprehensive and diverse athletics program, offering opportunities to all interested students.
